Setting Up Resilio Sync on Nébulaura
Resilio Sync (formerly BitTorrent Sync) is a peer-to-peer file synchronization tool that works across Windows, Mac, Linux, Android, iOS, Windows Phone, Amazon Kindle Fire, and BSD. It enables seamless file synchronization between devices on a local network or over the Internet via a modified version of the BitTorrent protocol.
Initial Setup
First, connect to your slot via SSH. If you need help connecting to the server, refer to the relevant help article.
To install Resilio Sync, run the following command:
box install btsync
This command will configure Resilio Sync for your user.
How to Access
Once configured, Resilio Sync can be accessed from your web browser at:
https://<domain.io>/btsync
Service Management
As with all Nébulaura-configured applications, Resilio Sync can be managed via SSH using the following commands:
- Status: Check the current status of Resilio Sync.
- Start: Start the Resilio Sync service.
- Stop: Stop the Resilio Sync service.
- Restart: Restart the Resilio Sync service.
- Enable: Configure Resilio Sync to start automatically at boot.
- Disable: Prevent Resilio Sync from starting at boot.
